      consistent hours, good reward system, generally competent management, but most of all, it had a very family feel to it.

      The customers, as a manager, you end up dealing with the customers no one else wants to. When people are mad, they are mad.

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
