      Pleasant work space, good perks, good location, free parking.

      Not an agile environment, doesn't have continuous delivery flow. People don't test their code!!! HR far far away. The securoty team blocks everything, it seems you're working to a bank. A lot of process to ship you code to production. They use ITIL RFC approach to aprove your code be on production. People are unmotivared, the company aren't transparent about the future here in Brazil.

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
