      Cool people, the loyal customers are great and fellow associates look after there own for the most part

      Management is lack luster to say the least and people come and go so fast that it makes it hard to find anyone dependable who will put up with being understaffed. Training is pretty poor so a lot of mistakes can happen on a customers vehicle when there is not enough experienced employees.

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
