Very capable and intelligent General Manager and an HR team that values people. Competitive salary and gave quarterly bonuses through COVID.

Svantaggi

Work life balance. Was hired to work 4 10hr shifts and ended up working 5 10hr shifts more often than not. Worked 12-13hrs more often than a 10hr. Overall, 60+ hrs a week.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
