Great coworkers. Easy to move up through hourly pay scales. Once you reach full time status, benefits are as expected. Not stressful at all.

Retail. Need I say more. Company tends to hire managers, but not leaders for store management positions. Until you move up to lower management, or higher, company seems to not care about its employees. No benefits until you reach full time status.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
