Annual salary is below industry average - they will attempt to justify this by the cheaper cost of living in Bentonville, but the salary gap is much larger than this could account for. Health benefits are not good. You will works lots of hours and nights and frequently be "on call" 24x7 - especially if you are a "go-to" person. Mandatory 7:30am - 5:30pm workday for salaried employees.
