      Many managers do not have college degrees and seem to resent employees with college backgrounds. Complacency among many employees, due to lack of career growth opportunities. Bentonville is not a good location

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
