The company goes take the necessary step to enure that policies are in place to ensure that promotion, reviews, and training is done in a fair and consistant matter. Manager salaries are on par with the industry and the company has great leadership!

The demanding work hours of the job, you wil sometimes find your self away from your home or family 16 hrs a day. Sometimes people in store managment don't implement the policies that walmart has in place to ensure there is a work/family balance, and we all know that in retail you can plan on working long hours during certain season or times it pretty much the norm in the ny/nj market.
