The major pro of this job was they were flexible about the times you can work. The job of pushing carts was easy for me.

Svantaggi

You have to be in all types of weather, unless its lightning. The job is very exhausting, because you are walking constantly for eight hours.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
