Enjoyed the fast pace environment. Loved the people that worked alongside me. Able to keep consistent part time hours every week.

MOST of the upper management treated the employees horribly. Favoritism was definitely noticeable when promotions came around. I have never worked for a company where employees would come out crying after being yelled at by the store manager. I had always heard horror stories from people that worked for this company and I lived it for almost two years.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
