Training is fantastic. Co-workers are mostly friendly, and the products being sold are fantastic. You can believe in what you are selling. The Lifetime Vehicle Service contract is the biggest "no-brainer" product on the market. If you have a good attitude and work hard you will be a success.

Svantaggi

The hours and scheduling can be demanding. Never set up plans directly after your scheduled shift, you never know if you will have to stay late. Being fast paced, it is easy for information to get lost if you are an unorganized individual. Winter sales are rough.

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
