Decent money for pretty mindless work.

Very inflexible hours. Don't expect to develop any kind of relationship with your co-workers due to the fact that you aren't really allowed to talk to anybody else unless it is "work related" Not an ideal workplace environment if you are social.

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
