Meetings often feel more like opportunities for public criticism than constructive discussions, with management frequently emphasizing authority rather than fostering a supportive environment. The boss has been away from teaching for many years and appears disconnected from the realities of today’s students. Many examples and expectations are based on outdated experiences, making it difficult for staff to relate to or implement them effectively. The company also struggles with staffing issues. Some recently hired teachers seem unprepared for their roles, while certain underperforming and irresponsible employees continue to be retained simply because the company is short-staffed. This creates an unfair burden on capable employees and contributes to a toxic work environment where accountability is lacking.
