The management style of the partnership tends to be very old fashioned. They do not take to new ideas with ease and their general lack of communication amongst themselves makes for a difficult environment to get things done.

Laid back culture with non-micromanagers

Awful communication. Management takes 1+ month vacations. Little knowledge about practices and standards for certain tasks. Poor financial planning - heavy lay offs for employees that were there less than 6 months. Mass firings. Really slow and outdated technology (computers) and limited tools for employees (I often had to use my own equipment for work, even basic equipment like tape measures and cameras).
