Thank you. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to make sure we're meeting expectations as an employer. We're glad you enjoyed your co-workers, our office environment and casual dress code. We work hard to make sure our space is conducive to a productive workday as well as open communication and interaction among co-workers. One of our goals is to find a balance between too much and too little work so employees can be as efficient as possible and plan their lives accordingly. We continually monitor pay to make sure our compensation is fair and make adjustments when we're off.
