As a member of the Content team, you could find yourself working on the script for an animation, writing a 1,500-word online article, editing an annual report, working with a designer on an infographic, asking the questions on a video shoot, advising clients on social media strategy... The range is almost endless, and changing all the time as the world of media evolves. It's a good place to broaden your experience and learn new things.

As with any agency, the clients can be irritating - providing vague briefs that have to be met in unrealistic timescales, and then failing to feed back in a timely enough fashion. In a relatively small agency, this can make for a stressful working life at times, as projects and deadlines collide.
