      I learned a lot about their standards and how to complete Shell and TI projects. It was very easy to ask questions and have conversations with other employees.

      Compensation is below industry standards. Career progression pathways lack transparency, making it difficult to set clear professional development goals. Additionally, navigating interpersonal dynamics within the team can at times be challenging.
