Colleagues were very nice. Salary were on time. As middle and senior management is incompetent, everyone ends work at least an hour before the actual time.

The hierarchy is real. Middle management will step on you to advance, they take your credit for the achievements, but blame you for the mistakes. There's no channel to inform the higher-ups, and even if you do, the boss doesn't want to listen. This leads to incompetent middle managers, but those at the top are unaware of it. Please do not believe HR if they tell you bonus is an easy catch if you does all your job, because you will always be below target or on target, no matter how well you perform.
