      Interesting line, premium product, premium projects.

      Nepotism is alive and well. Family was appointed to lead company with no real world experience at any other employer. Product is overpriced, and the re-reuse rate amongst radiant contractors is abysmal. Very similar to “Jonestown” - you MUST drink the Kool-Aid.

      Warmboard is a great place to work. Work/Life balance is respected. Good ideas are run with. Compensation is fair to generous, certainly for this county. Excellent benefits. Employee benefits have increased steadily over the years, the workspace has been upgraded, monthly lunches, fun offsite events, employee recognition awards and more keep morale high. I love my job - I've been here for 12 years there are many who have been here longer. I think the average is about 6-7 years. I have read the one negative review posted on this site, and I strongly disagree with it. This is a great place to work.
