Great work culture and emphasis on training

It is a very welcoming environment, and they work very hard to create a positive culture, despite the difficult working hours. Senior management demands excellence but they also support you in achieving that excellence. The benefits are great!!

Most of the software is proprietary, so you go into it on day 1 knowing nothing about them. The software programs are also not like any others, so there is a pretty steep learning curve.
