I can't think of anything I could list as a pro.

I am shocked by the treatment I was forced to endure during my time at Wasatch. A former co-worker commented that seeing the way I was treated was like watching the movie "Mean Girls" live. I was encouraged by my manager NOT to talk to people which prevented me from doing my job. When other employees on my team refused to respond to requests for information or yelled at me, it was dismissed. My manager made comments about my eating habits and my weight. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from working for Wasatch. I have never worked at a place that was so incredibly unprofessional.

My conscious has always been clear with this company, if any policy or decision didn't feel right upper management was quick to listen and adjust resulting in better results for our residents and less stress for employees. Lots of advancement opportunities and training from within.

High expectations to meet goals. Very limited flexibility with time/schedule.
