      Newer equipment and Management that cares about the drivers. Pay is a little above other local waste companies. management has learned to keep driver hours at or near 50 hours.

      wish 401k was a little better. will need to invest in updated communication equipment for drivers and dispatch. wouldn't mind seeing managers on routes with drivers more.

You couldn’t ask for better if you wanted to. This is your dream job. They have a Mom and Pop culture, but have the resources of a multi billion dollar corporation. You will not find a better company to work for
