Toxicity in former HR Manager and some untrustworthy bosses, poor wages, incredibly heavy work loads, no $$ compensation for drivers who daily miss meal breaks while Coquitlam and North Vancouver offices get there's daily. Poor truck repairs, no support for injured workers who shined while at WCS, favoritism in awards like "employee of month" and "employee of year" - lol. Safety is disregarded by some office staff and managers in wandering outside of the yard without PPE safety vests, etc. while the boss polices employees about uniforms even after you are punched out for the day and going home. One female driver got to wear short gym shorts and casual clothes while at work or in the field and managers looked the other way including their abrasive former HR manager, hypocrites. Their posted work values is comical as managers do not prescribe to them. Their Xmas party was a joke from a casino with bland tasting food while the only thing was good was the free booze. I had one daft boss talk to me at the Xmas party about the company's vision for the next year, lol. People don't want to hear that poppycock nonsense when they are socializing and it was in poor taste just as much as this person belittled me in my interview as I told the truth about my above average work ethics. A few weeks later, I turned the table on him after I got my first phone call from an elated customer and many afterwards to slap him in the face for his insult. During my time at WCS many drivers skipped air brakes adjustments and management did little to police safe driving habits until a 2020 sting by CSVE.
