      Since my first day of work I experienced breakdowns in there trucks... 2 weeks in a row I have been broke down onside of the road they don't want to pay the mechanics so the quit.

      Higher ups never been in the trash business and make decisions based on nothing which only make it harder for your workers. Really hard to stop their BS and protect your front line drivers
