      Great comp plan, making money. One of the few companies in this space that is doing 6 and 7 figure deals. Winning amazing customers. Very high renewal rate - product is sticky. Best product in this category - great acquisitions which made the offering the most comprehensive in the market (app streaming, mobile editor). Integrity and transparency across the company.

      Having the HQ in Palo Alto, the field team spread out, and the R and D team in Israel makes it harder to develop a consistent company culture. Lots of interactions are over WebEx, email, Chatter, etc. rather than in person, and time zone differences make work/life balance a challenge.
