      High employee turnover last six months, over 20 employees have quit or been fired. Look up past employees on LinkedIn. Lost market share to Box.net and other competitors due to focus on document security not file sharing like Box.net. Sales management has missed quarterly revenue targets last two years and blames sales force for lack of execution. WatchDox board needs to hold management team accountable for lack of execution.

      Having the HQ in Palo Alto, the field team spread out, and the R and D team in Israel makes it harder to develop a consistent company culture. Lots of interactions are over WebEx, email, Chatter, etc. rather than in person, and time zone differences make work/life balance a challenge.
