Watco Management and HR tell employees they have an open door policy and will remain anonymous but do not. After reporting several concerns with local management including lack of supervision and not following policy, my management (the two people I was reporting) was told about my report and who had reported it. In the end our entire site was told that if we went over our managers heads again we would be written up for it. Management received no formal training on how to be leaders, which, and investigations into reports of management are not done. I was fired for defending myself when another employee assaulted me, they sited it was for "Safety violations" I WAS DEFENDING MYSELF. When I called Corporate HR I was blown off. Their entire open door policy and statements that employees come first is a complete lie. Our site was also given $6000 for being accident free for 8 years-designated to spend on the staff (catered meal or outing), our manager spent the majority of the money on gift cards that the staff NEVER received. When these concerns were raised they also went unanswered.
