- Extremely High Stress Environment - Significantly Underpaid for roles you take on and amount of hats you are required to wear - Micromanagement over time becomes Unreasonable - Pay initially seems reasonable until multiple roles get applied - Direct Management doesn't appear to actually value the work or attempts at best efforts at the time - Claimed "Family First" values don't apply in most situations - Lack of personal boundaries - Eventually no separation of "Work and Home" life - Potential "Termination" threats when mistakes are made (Empty Threats to your Job) - Potential invasion of FMLA and HIPPA protected leave
