Great benefits, decent compensation, small open environment. Ability to take on many roles in back office due to small number of employees.

It's a small organization with little room for lateral movement. Work environment is very independent. Communication is not as great as it can be between upper management and employees.

Great place to work Nice people, who are thoughtful about investing and the people who work at the firm

Office can be a little quiet. Occasionally reminded ,e of a library. May not be a negative based on your work style
