The company also cares a LOT about their employees, and tries to retain all employees. When contracts end with a customer Watershed works very hard to place employees in new contracts elsewhere in the company. The company also is comprised of mostly Veterans. As a Veteran working for a small Veteran owned business (Watershed), this means so much to me. Watershed also employs top quality candidates. I am amazed daily at the professional quality and knowledge I am surrounded by in fellow employees. Watershed is also a great motivator professionally - they constantly advise, motivate, and provide materials to help you advance professionally with obtaining new certifications. I have worked for 6 other Gov contract companies, and none of them compare to Watershed.
