Watson supported and provided training for me to move up through the company from a warehouse clerk to management. Their focus on training in the field has created a strong apprenticeship program. The best part has been the people I have had the pleasure of working with throughout the company.

Watson is quick to adapt to changes in the industry or market, which is good, but sometimes needs to slow down and examine the consequences of these changes so they can be successful.

Direct team is easily the best team I could ask for. Works well together.
