Actavis is going through constant mergers and acquisitions. With that comes job insecurity as jobs are duplicated. The new IT management established a year ago, does not believe in personal time or work / family separation, and manages with threats. Actavis does not allow working from home and do not foresee the company allowing it for a long time.
