You'll just end up being used, abused, and exploited. Unless that sounds like a good time to you, staying away would be in your best interests...

Employees are given high expectations to meet, but aren't given any training or support! I was assigned complex tasks as soon as I started working. Whenever I asked for help, I was ignored, and whenever I messed up, I was yelled at for being stupid and incompetent! My work-life balance was a mess during my time working here. I was often pushed to work long hours, meet unrealistic targets, and keep up with tight deadlines. My salary wasn't any better; it didn't reflect how heavy my workload was at all, and I didn't receive any benefits as well.
