Giving the illusion of doing something important and meaningful.

Management treats people as easily replaceable, firing them from one day to the next in an unethical manner and disconnecting them from the team without any opportunity to say goodbye. For an organization that claims to fight for workers’ rights, I do not recommend it. Almost impossible to get internal promotion. Poor internal communication.
