Unorganized Company with bad Interview Process - Recensione dipendente - Senior Software Engineer presso WealthOS

- They don't simply get back to you with interview status if they are not interested - I applied for a remote working position in the company and in the final interview they mention that they are Hybrid working company and rejected me only because of that. Clearly their HR made a mistake by not confirming with me about working arrangement and just due to that they rejected me and waste my time with few interview and assignmnet - HR and the Top management has a quite a ego about their working culture and just by talking to then I understood they they want their employees to work long hours stressful sitting at a boring office environment.
