Great people to work with and minimal overtime

Same difficulties that come with all recruiting roles anywhere

Very flexible on start and stop times. I personally have kids and was having trouble at my last job at one of the big 4 with getting them to understand I had to leave and pick up kids. Weaver however has been far more accomidating.

With the flexibility can come a larger focus on billable hours. It can feel hard to meet the goals they require for a couple reaasons. 1. When I do bill all the hours worked, Partners are upset about the write off. 2. When not billing every min of every day you have to work a ton to get to the goal.
