It’s a sinking ship and bleeding talent. The products are very outdated and the sexy new product solution has been pared down to be nothing more than a repackaging of the old products. Clients are terminating their contracts and there have been no real new sales in 2 years. If you work there now, start looking - unless you want to end up competing with everyone else when the inevitable happens.
