- Headline says it all. - Top down management style. Nothing moves without at least 3 managers getting involved and talking about how a problem needs to be tackled. Nobody asks opinion of folks who are actually working in the trenches. If you are not a manager, your opinion doesn't count.. PMs with no technical/specialized knowledge will make decisions on feasibility -Broken feedback and annual review process - Career quagmire
