No Vision or Strategy to grow. Favoritism to some inexperienced elements in the company who are even promoted to senior positions. Unethical treatment to clients. They would like to push clients all products at the highest costs even if they clearly know it would not create any value for the clients. The company does not tolerate constructive criticism. They let loose great talents who tend to disagree to the way the company is functioning. Runs like a family business. The company is not professionally run and there is no value for merit here. Personal likes and dislikes of the CEO matters.
