      As an engineer, the role is fully remote with an option of going into the office. The work is challenging and there is lots of room to take on interesting projects. The team environment is great and the vibe is amazing.

      Holiday allowance is low compared to other places.

Regarding holiday, we offer 25 days plus an additional day on your birthday, rising to 26 with service. Our Buy/Sell Holiday scheme is also popular and the 2024 window will open soon, but do come and speak to the People team if that's something you'd like to find out more about.

      From the interview process to on boarding, Ryan, Cat and Adam handled everything very professionally and gave realistic expectations throughout the hiring cycle. OTE potential if anything, was undersold as an any honest employer would do to retain their employee's. Coming from a company that did not value their sales people it's been a breath of fresh air to say the least. There is a since of collaboration between the Australia, U.K and U.S office that has helped reduce the learning curve.
