My time at Webster was okay, i was on the float team and it was completely separate from branch communications. Beware only the region banker group has a 2 year commitment and will not allow you to move within the bank even laterally. Benefits are ok... health insurance for myself was extremely expensive. With the merger it was completely a disaster and people are still trying to figure out how to be in compliance
