Worst Management - Recensione dipendente - Sales Representative presso Weedman (MA)

The management at this job is absolutely atrocious!!!! They don't care about there employees at all and constantly tell you that you are replaceable on a daily basis if your numbers are not met. No professionalism on management part. They swear and have even called there employees stupid, and that your wasting there time! When coaching happens its more telling you that you are horrible and have to change or else. The lack of professionalism and the condescending tones given. They treat the employees that make sales for them well and praise them, but sales reps that are struggling are just spoken too like they are disposable as well as no proper coaching.
