Promote overpriced products to anyone who is struggling - portion control? Buy a set of scales at £40..... Someone said it's like a cult - it is! Lot of bitchy long term Leaders who offer no support or encouragement to new Leaders. I've lost count of how many new people have left because the person supposed to be supporting them never answered the phone,returned their messages or replied to emails. They play on the 'think about your members' anytime you need time off, need to leave leading a meeting.... Everything done on spreadsheets - from meeting administration to weekly timesheet
