Treated by the corporate level like a mule, Weis would rather recycle low paid talent that constantly quits for being low paid than keep long term quality workers because long term quality workers cost a little bit more. Therefore always understaffed and overworked. Store managers not allowed to give full time by corporate. Weis is one level above a real life sweat shop.
