Ehhhh - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Associate presso Weis Markets

I get the same pay that a cashier does, while having to run the entire front end and also work in other departments. They’ll make you feel guilty for things that you can’t control, schedule is always changing and wack. People call off daily and no one cares or calls anyone in. Customers are disrespectful. a lot of lazy people as well. I feel like a manager half the time.the pay is just terrible. i work hard and get bad money for it.
