Not so happy - Recensione dipendente - Cashier presso Weis Markets

Management here is a nightmare, they don't do very much other than sit in their office. They're horrible at making schedules and getting them to employees. They will ignore most labor laws, by making employees work days that they can't or out side given hours of availability. And most times, when an employee fails to do their bidding, they threaten to fire you. All of this instead of simply doing their job and running the business.
