Don't take maternity leave and expect to get your position back. I was hr, book keeper, courtesy desk, and scheduler before i went on maternity leave. I came back and i was replaced and they will not give me my positions back. Going from being someone in the company to being back as a cashier really isn't right. i worked for 4 and a half years, called off 3 times total. Went in every time they called me and that's how they treat the good employees.
