      Culture of getting things done, everyone is very nice, some growth opportunity and discount on groceries. Good work / life balance.

      Culture of getting things done doesn't always mean the right things are getting done. Growth is capped to a certain level, a lot of executive level turnover, health insurance benefits are terrible.
