I love how you have described our internal development culture, in that "anything is possible" and "dream for the stars", and it really is if we find people who have a great work ethic and the talent and potential to succeed! Great observation about our reward and recognition culture, we have recognised this as an area that we can improve upon and have most recently relaunched our employer of the month scheme, peer to peer recognition cards based on our values, and the ability for Managers to give on the spot bonuses when they see our values in action.
