Management- when I worked there the manager was a very young girl. All staff felt she got the position due other reasons than her hard work. As an employee I felt very undervalued and there was little room for climbing the ladder when people were finding other ways of getting promoted than hard work and dedication to the job. Shift patterns was also crazy, but you get used to it. Any shift from 5:30 am to 10:30pm and it changes everyday and you very rarely get a a day off at the weekend as this is their busiest time.
